The registration will be fully confirmed after an advance payment of 50% of the total amount. The rest must be paid before the start of the seminar. Instructions for payment options will be sent to your email address.


With this registration form which I will sign on the registration day I confirm my arrival on the seminar. I also take full responsibility for all possible damage or injury during the camp or on the way to or from the camp. With registering, I paid the registration fee, for which I cannot request a refund unless the entire event is cancelled. I undertake to observe safety during practice and activities and to adhere to the ‘common sense’ of appropriate behavior, otherwise I may be removed from the event.


1. Registrations:
All registrations must be completed online on the website www.nagasetaikai.com; The registration will be fully confirmed after an advance payment of 50% of the total amount; Registration formalities must be completed at the venue’s registration desk on the day of the event before the event begins; Participants will receive a personal registration code by email in advance. This code, along with a photo ID, will be required for verification. The name on the ID card has to match the name provided in the registration form submitted at the time of registration; The Tai-kai fee must be paid in full before the start of the event.
2.  Event entry:
At the registration desk, participants will receive a wristband which must be worn to enter the training venue.
3.  Age Restrictions:
The minimum age requirement for participants is 18 years old. However, younger individuals are permitted to participate when accompanied by an adult (18 years or older) who assumes full responsibility for the minor for the duration of the event.
4.  Denied Entry:
All participants are required to follow the Bujinkan Hombu guidelines and adhere to the principles of appropriate behavior. Failure to comply may result in the removal from the event. Individuals who do not follow the guidelines or are in violation thereof will not be allowed to participate in the event, and their Tai-kai fee will not be refunded.
5.  Event Changes, Cancellation, and Refunds:
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, lineup, or venue. The registration fee is non-refundable unless the entire event is cancelled.
6.  Insurance:
Participation in the event is entirely at the participant’s own risk. All participants assume full responsibility for any damages, losses or injuries that may occur during the event or while traveling to and from the venue. Participants must observe appropriate safety protocols during practice and other event-related activities. Personal insurance coverage is recommended but not mandatory.
7.  Pictures and Video (Recording):
Please do not take photos or videos during practice. Taking photos before and after the event, during breaks, or at special announcements will be permitted.
